Discover how Play with Kevin works on Bangbet Uganda, including participating games, Free Chip prizes, promotion dates, key rules and support contacts.
The Play with Kevin Uganda promotion brings a letter collection challenge to Bangbet’s casino, featuring Pragmatic Play games and Kevin Hart branding. Eligible players collect letters through qualifying bets, complete a word and open a mystery chest containing Free Chips.
Bangbet’s official Play with Kevin promotion advertises a UGX 6.25 billion prize pool. This is a network promotion shared across participating operators, rather than money reserved exclusively for Bangbet Uganda. Rewards depend on random outcomes, and participation does not guarantee a prize.
When does Play with Kevin run?
The promotion runs from 19th October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. EAT until 02nd November 2026 at 10:59 a.m. EAT.
These Uganda times correspond to the UTC schedule published in the terms. Check the promotion inside your selected game before participating, especially near the closing time.
How the promotion works
There are two separate letter collection formats:
- Slots: collect K-E-V-I-N in participating Pragmatic Play slots.
- Live Casino: collect P-L-A-Y in selected Pragmatic Play live games.
Start through the Bangbet Uganda casino lobby, open a participating game and join the promotion through its interface. Joining means accepting the promotional terms.
Next, place qualifying real-money bets. Stakes must meet the selected game’s minimum bet requirements; the promotion does not publish one universal minimum covering every game.
A qualifying bet may randomly trigger a letter, with a maximum of one letter awarded per qualifying bet. A bet can therefore qualify without producing a letter.
Once you complete the relevant word, the interface presents mystery chests. Choose one chest to reveal a random promotional prize.
How do you win?
Winning a promotional reward requires completing the entire letter set for the relevant category. Collecting only part of KEVIN or PLAY earns no prize, reward or other benefit.
There is no guaranteed sequence for obtaining missing letters. Increasing spending cannot ensure that you complete a collection. Keep your original budget even when only one letter remains.
You can monitor collection progress, winnings, other players’ winnings and remaining prizes through the promotional interface. Each player may win a maximum of two prizes during the promotion.
Participating games on Bangbet Uganda
The slots element covers participating Pragmatic Play slot games. Confirm participation through the game’s promotional interface instead of assuming every title in the wider casino qualifies.
The listed Pragmatic Play Live Casino games are:
- Gates of Olympus Roulette
- Amazing Baccarat
- Mega Wheel
- Mega Roulette
- Money Time
- Sweet Bonanza CandyLand
Availability depends on the operator. Check the Bangbet casino for the games currently accessible to your account.
Aviator and games from other providers should not be treated as eligible merely because they appear in the same casino lobby.
What can you win?
The promotion publishes these network prize allocations:
| Collection | Prize quantity | Reward |
| Slots: KEVIN | 200,000 | 10 × UGX 900 Free Chips |
| Slots: KEVIN | 15,000 | 50 × UGX 900 Free Chips |
| Live Casino: PLAY | 200,000 | 10 × UGX 900 Free Chips |
| Live Casino: PLAY | 10,000 | 50 × UGX 900 Free Chips |
These rewards are Free Chips used on applicable participating Live Casino games. Completing the slots collection therefore does not mean receiving an immediately withdrawable cash award.
The 10-chip reward has a UGX 90,000 winnings cap, while the 50-chip reward has a UGX 450,000 winnings cap. These figures are maximum limits, not promised returns.
General terms and conditions
Free Chips may take up to five minutes to reach your account. If they remain missing, refresh the game or the promotions section of the Pragmatic Play Live Casino lobby.
Rewards must be claimed and used within 48 hours of being awarded. Unclaimed or unused chips expire after that period.
You may use a maximum of four Free Chips per game round. Free Chips and real-money bets cannot be combined within the same round.
Winnings are credited after all Free Chips have been used or the applicable winnings cap is reached, whichever happens first. Any remaining chips are forfeited when the cap is reached.
To access rewards, use the “Go to Live Casino” option in the congratulatory pop-up, or enter an applicable game through Live Casino.
