5. Another accumulator selection remains unfinished
One completed match does not finish an entire accumulator. Inspect every leg for a later kick-off, interruption, or unresolved result.
If several selections show successful outcomes but one remains open, the ticket still needs that remaining selection’s settlement.
6. A technical or pricing review needs clarification
An account display problem or review of an accepted price is another possibility to raise with support. However, pending status alone does not confirm either explanation.
Ask whether a review exists, which selection it affects, and which rule applies. Avoid treating social-media speculation as an official explanation.
What happens when a bet is void?
A void selection is invalidated rather than recorded as a normal loss. Bangbet’s Uganda FAQ says a void single has its stake returned, while a multibet is settled using its remaining selections.
For illustration, an ordinary accumulator priced at 2.00 × 1.50 × 2.00 has combined odds of 6.00. If the 1.50 selection is void and treated as 1.00, the remaining odds become 4.00. This example excludes bonuses and special-product conditions.
A void leg therefore changes the potential return. It does not automatically make the whole accumulator lose.
What if an accumulator match is postponed?
Check whether the affected selection remains valid while awaiting rescheduling or has been declared void. The ticket’s treatment follows the applicable rules.
