# What Happens if a Match is Postponed/Cancelled?

Bangbet Betting Rules for Postponed or Cancelled Matches

At Bangbet, we strive to provide a seamless betting experience while ensuring fairness in all events. Here’s how we handle bets when a match is postponed or canceled:

1. Canceled Matches
If an event is completely canceled and will not be rescheduled, all bets on that match are void. This means:
Stakes are fully refunded to the player's account.
The bet will not count towards any accumulated winnings or losses.
The cancellation applies to both single and multi-bets involving the affected event.

2. Postponed Matches
When a match is postponed, the status of bets depends on the rescheduling:
If the event is rescheduled within 24-48 hours, bets may still stand based on Bangbet’s specific rules. Players should check the terms to confirm.
If the event is not played within the specified timeframe, bets are void, and stakes are refunded.
In multi-bets, only the postponed match will be voided, while the rest of the selections will still be valid.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases
If a match starts but is abandoned, it depends on whether an official result is declared. In some cases, bets might still stand based on the result at the time of abandonment.
If governing bodies announce that a match will be replayed from the start rather than resumed, bets on the original game will be voided.
Bangbet follows official league announcements to determine whether bets should stand or be voided.
